Welcome to the 2026 Giving Challenge Online Donor Advised Grant Recommendation Form. This form will only be available March 24 - April 14, 2026 (5:00pm)

STEP 1: Determine the Nonprofit Organizations You Wish to Support
• To explore which nonprofit organizations are participating in the 2026 Giving Challenge and view their Giving Challenge profile pages, visit: givingchallenge.org/search.

STEP 2: Complete the Online Donor Advised Grant Recommendation Form
• The minimum donation is $25. The Patterson Foundation is generously providing a 1:1 match for all unique donations made up to $100 per donor, per organization. • Each advisor associated with your Fund may make donations. A separate online form should be completed by each advisor. • You may enter up to ten (10) organizations per online form. To enter more organizations, complete a new online form (Start the donation process again). • Donations made to the Community Foundation initiatives, such as Season of Sharing, will not be eligible for the 2026 Giving Challenge. Please contact your foundation representative for assistance with your donation. • You will receive a confirmation email once the form is submitted.
